What does each plan control?

Plans control AI credits, Agent and Seedance concurrency, research reports, feedback reviews, custom faces, supported platforms, and accounts per platform.

How are AI credits different from operating limits?

AI credits pay for creation, generation, and analysis. Operating limits control the concurrency, account, and report scale you can run.

Why are there no separate feedback, account, or distribution packs?

The first release only offers AI credit add-ons. Upgrade your plan for larger research, feedback, face, account, and distribution limits.

What is blocked when my balance is insufficient?

Creation, feedback, and distribution require a positive balance before sending. Image and video generation estimate cost first and stop when the balance is too low.

How do I enable full automation?

Base and Plus do not support it. Pro and Matrix customers can contact support to confirm workflow, limits, and availability.

How will future platforms become available?

Douyin and Kuaishou are supported today. Additional domestic and international platforms will open to Pro and Matrix customers over time.

What information does the strategy model use?

It uses the platforms, accounts, and feedback available in your plan to guide research, creation, distribution, and review decisions.

Why is video duration a theoretical limit?

The estimate only converts Seedance 2.0 generation. Planning, scripts, image understanding, and feedback reviews also consume credits.

How are annual-plan credits issued?

Annual plans include a discount, while AI credits are issued monthly rather than all at once.
